In honor of World Meditation Day, I want to share a new audio meditation I’m working on that will be included in an upcoming book.
Currently titled, “By the Brook: A Heartlifter’s Journey Towards More Peace.”
Initially, I wrote this because I needed it.
But being a teacher, I knew I had to share it with you.
Listen Once, Twice, or Even Three Times
With any audio meditation, I do three things:
Carve time out of my day to listen. This meditation is right at five minutes and two seconds.
Put headphones or earbuds on; even better if they are noise-canceling.
Get comfortable, activate your five senses, and close your eyes.
The rest is easy: listen.
