Keep calm and carry on.
—Winston Churchill
Calm is Becoming My New Best Friend
I love to personify emotion.
Maybe I was inspired by the Inside Out movies. This practice of personification helps me to embrace them as human beings and helps me understand them better.
In my mind, I see her a lot like the woman in this short video. Or like the woman who characterized the Holy Spirit in the movie, The Shack.
I wonder how you would visualize Calm?

What to Expect
One question guides me daily: How do I curate a calm life?
One intention compels me daily: A calm life is a strong life.

The most beautiful part of this three-week journey is that you can take it anywhere or any time you want. Yes, we will gather via our ZOOM ROOM, but imagine taking your phone or iPad or computer to your local botanical garden and finding a shady place on a beautiful bench. What could be better than that? And, take a snack and cup of something delicious—did someone say, “Self- Care Party for One?”
